Just because something is 'legal' doesn't mean it is 'safe'

When people find out everyday products we use in our indoor environments such as perfumes , air fresheners , cleaning products , contain toxic harmful to health chemicals , one of the first things that makes us ponder is - surely it must be safe and legal… ?

Just because something is ‘legal’ and on the shelf for sale, doesn’t necessarily mean it is safe . Safe when kept in the bottle …yes!

Safe in a recommended minimum dose for a healthy male adult -maybe…(if the test is even done!) Safe for all babies , children , pets and vulnerable members of society ... No

These were all once aggressively marketed as ‘safe’ , however years later we all now know how harmful these products are to human health and the environment . When non toxic swaps are available it makes sense to try them
